Mission
Party Day Ministries exists to meet tangible needs and restore dignity for those seeking refuge in Boise — building a community where strangers become neighbors, and neighbors become family.
Vision
Our vision is to be a welcoming place where refugees feel supported and empowered to start their lives in America.
We do this through welcoming housing, English classes, childcare, and employment support.
Till All Are Welcomed!
Till All Are Celebrated!
What is a Refugee?
A refugee is someone who has been forced to flee their home country because of war, violence, persecution, or danger — and they can’t safely return.
120 million+ people around the world are forcibly displaced from their homes
“No one leaves home unless
home is the mouth of a shark.”
Why we do what we do?
When refugees arrive in Boise, they are met by government-funded resettlement agencies that help with immediate needs like housing, paperwork, and basic orientation. But this support typically lasts only 1–3 months. After that, many families are still navigating a new culture, language, and community — often without the safety net they need.
Party Day Ministries steps into that gap. We believe true welcome means more than surviving those first few months. It’s about helping families build the skills, confidence, and connections that set them up for lasting success — from learning English to finding jobs, from making friends to feeling at home. We’re here for the long haul, turning strangers into neighbors, and neighbors into family.
